A Bush-appointed judge in very left-wing Austin, Texas, has ruled that any law requiring that abortionists actually BE doctors and thus able to admit patients in need of emergency care to an ER is "unconstitutional"; this despite the fact that there are no references to abortion anywhere in the Constitution or any of the statements in the Bill of Rights. Restrictions on the 2nd Amendment, or even the 1st Amendment are fine and dandy, but don't you touch that ... which Amendment is abortion again? Anyway, what this ruling really means is, any added expense to the Democrats place of worship, Planned Parenthood, in the form of requirements that abortionists actually be medical professionals and not murderous back-alley hacks is a blasphemy to the religion of death that the Hard Left, and more recently all of the Washington Establishment in general, worships as their deity. Meanwhile, politicians profit from this, no matter which way the ruling goes, by using it to keep the citizens divided against one another and angry come election time.
Former Democrats now running the Establishment Republicans have once again gone to their friends in the left-wing media to declare that the Tea Party revolution is over and the British Empire has won. In an article in which the alleged Republican making these statements isn't even identified until halfway into the article, former representative Steve LaTourette says that the Tea Party will be blamed for Obama's government shutdown and lose in 2014. The always helpful blame shifting Press is more than happy to assist him in this quest to misdirect blame from those at fault to those few who kept their campaign promises and did what they said they would do in fighting against Obamacare.
In a shocking display of reluctant truthfulness, the White House is finally admitting that yes, indeed you will lose your current health insurance, doctor, etc, to Obamacare. No, you can't keep it. Yes, everything you were promised was a big lie. Surprised? Anyone? Anyone?
Stephen Jimenez, a gay man, reporter and published author, has uncovered the story of the year, the truth behind the murder of gay 'hate crime' icon Matthew Shepherd's murder; a murder which Christians and conservatives said all along was suspicious and not likely a hate crime at all. It turns out Mr Shepherd was lured to a lonely spot by his gay lover to exchange sex for meth. Mr Jimenez, when crucified by the Gay Political Machine for destroying this religious myth, defends himself by saying he has exposed the truth because "as a gay man, I felt it was a moral thing to do." Imagine that, going against the political tides and everyone you know to speak the truth is "a moral thing to do." Sometimes truth and righteousness can pop up in the most surprising of places. Or people. One way or another, the truth will 'out.' It's just too bad it never 'outs' soon enough to stop false political movements or unconstitutional laws.
A remote rain forest in Queensland, Australia, accessible only by helicopter, has revealed a discovery of an entire population of prehistoric animals never seen before, and likely isolated in their current location for millions of years. Like almost everything Australian, scientists said the new discoveries are the strangest things they have ever seen in their lives. Despite the vast amount of new discoveries, the lead explorer says he has only actually explored one tenth of the entire area and must return to explore the rest. There is no telling what else he will find.
Infamous douche, Chris Brown, has been arrested and charged with a FELONY for punching a man in the nose after the dumbass photobombed him and 2 female fans who simply wanted a picture with Chris Brown and not the dumbass photobomber. As bad as it is to go around punching people in the face, the real crime here is the abuse of felony charges in a case like this. And I have no doubt that in a few more years it will be a criminal offense to photobomb people, too. Because there is no law so stupid that politicians can't be expected to fully support it in exchange for a dam in their state or a Cornhusker Kickback, a Gator Aid, or Louisiana purchase or even just a lame 'attaboy' from CNN.
